My life experiences have influenced my counseling approach which centers on the belief that the only real change we can control is within ourselves. By focusing on personal growth, we can inspire and influence the world around us, including our families and communities. In addition to talk therapy, which fosters self-reflection, my practice employs an integrative approach that encompasses nutrition, spiritual practices, and mindfulness, addressing the whole person.
My favorite part of the therapy process is witnessing clients no longer feel the need to apologize for their lives. Seeing them reclaim their power or discover strengths they never knew they had is incredibly rewarding.
